Having 3 decades of culinary experience in Chinese cuisines, chef “Blue Lan” of Lakeshore Hotel Hualien Taroko was deeply-rooted in Kaohsiung’s star hotels and overseas international hotel chains in the early days. After he returned to Taiwan in 2019, he took on the post as the chef at Hualien Taroko and initiated the local mutual beneficial concept, made contract with local small farmers, fused his 30 years of wok spirit to the quality resources from Hualien’s environment and agriculture to create the signature cuisines which blended Taiwanese and Cantonese essences for Lakeshore Hotel Hualien Taroko, providing dishes of authentic quality taste and inviting you to savor these dishes! A total of 180 seats are available in the restaurant, where coffee-colored wood patterns and marble walls present the most natural looks, embellishing each dish with natural lighting, presenting a spacious and bright dining environment.
