1. Sustainable Stay at Lakeshore
- Check-in time is 15:00; check-out time is 11:00.
- Speed Up Your Stay in 3 Easy Steps: Use the self-service kiosk upon arrival for quick and convenient check-in and check-out. (Not applicable: Voucher ,Ticket and Contract bookings)
- To ensure a high-quality experience, we do not offer add-on guest services. Please choose a room type that matches your party size.
- Room layouts are subject to availability upon check-in.
- Child Policy: Children under 109 cm (or aged 0–5) stay free of charge. For children 110 cm or taller (or aged 6 and above), please select “Adult” when booking.
- Family-friendly amenities such as baby cots, bed guards, and bathtubs are available in limited quantities. Advance reservation is required.
- In support of sustainability, we do not provide single-use toiletries or personal hygiene products in guest rooms. Please refer to our Sustainable Journey for more details. The Sustainable Journey with Lakeshore↗
- To save time, guests may request an invoice and receive a Fast Check-Out Card Sleeve during check-in. If no additional charges apply, simply place the card sleeve with your room key in the fast check-out box next to the elevator before 11:00 – no need to visit the front desk.
Self-Service Check-In/Out:
Self-service kiosks are available for Serenity and The Moment Hotel Hualien. Room assignment is based on availability at check-in.

Lento Restaurant (Tranquil 1F)
- Brunch: 06:30–13:30 (90-minute limit)

The hotel uses charcoal-filtered water and reusable flasks instead of disposable plastic bottles. Please use your in-room flask to refill at water stations on each floor. Bottles are for in-hotel use only.

The Moment Hotel Hualien (1F)
- Fully equipped communal kitchen and DIY ingredient ordering available exclusively for hotel guests
- Local cultural and creative merchandise available for purchase in the lobby
Parking Guidelines
- Do not park in the front plaza due to tour bus access and narrow roads
- Use designated surface parking lots only
- Drive slowly through nearby village lanes for safety
Arrival by Building
- Tranquil: Park and proceed to 1F front desk
- Serenity: Park and check-in via 1F self-service kiosk
- The Moment Hotel Hualien: Park and use the 1F kiosk; for accessible parking, contact the Tranquil front desk
EV Charging (Noodoe)
- Located at B1 of Tranquil and Serenity; paid service only
- EV spaces are for charging only; please move your car once charging is complete
Shuttle Service (Reservation Required by 20:00 the Day Before Check-In)
- Hualien Station → Hotel: 14:00
- Xincheng Station → Hotel: 14:50
- Hotel → Stations: 11:00

4.Special Notices
- During black fly season, please protect your skin during outdoor activities. Bites commonly occur on ankles, wrists, neck, and face, and may cause itching or swelling. Reactions vary by individual.
- To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking area (in front of the Tranquil or the Serenity), all indoor spaces, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are entirely smoke-free.This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products.A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms.Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
- Drones are strictly prohibited in and around hotel grounds to protect guest privacy. Some guest rooms and bathrooms have outward-facing windows.
- Construction of new facilities is ongoing. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
