Shuttle bus services are provided Tranquil/The Moment Hotel Hualien by Lakeshore, but a reservation in advance is required.

14:00｜Hualien Station->14:50｜Xincheng Station->15:00｜Arrive at the hotel

11:00｜The hotel->11:10｜Xincheng Station->11:50｜Hualien Station

NOTICE

[The Moment Hotel Hualien] The Moment 8-Person Doemitory Room and Mixed Dormitory Room with single beds, free shuttle service is not available.
Reservations must be made for the shuttle bus upon booking the room and the free ride is available for the number of people according to the room type; if the number of people exceeds the number of people for the room type, each passenger will be charged with NT$150 per single trip from Hualien Station to the hotel.
※ No charge will be collected for the trip from Xincheng Station to the hotel and it does not apply to groups.
A reservation is required for shuttle bus services; the latest reservation time accepted is before 20:00 on the eve of the ride. Please inform us 1 hour in advance before the departure if you would like to make a cancellation.
Please make a reservation in advance if a child safety seat is required.
Taxi reservation service is also available, please call in advance to inform!
