- The Pet Hotel is located at the Shan Kuo Building. Please make a reservation for your pet’s stay by phone.
- To ensure a comfortable and healthy environment for all guests, except for the designated smoking areas in front of the Tranquil or Serenity, all indoor spaces—including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms—are entirely smoke-free. This policy applies to all forms of smoking, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products. A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged for any smoking activity detected in guest rooms, balconies, or bathrooms. Guests will be held liable for any damage to hotel property or amenities.
- To protect the rights of all guests and maintain a clean environment, pets are not permitted in guest rooms or other indoor public areas. If a pet enters a guest room, a full-room disinfection service will be required, and a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged. Any damage caused by pets will be charged according to the extent of the damage.
