Q1. Is free parking available for hotel and dining guests?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available for both hotel and dining guests. Tranquil and Serenity have underground parking, while The Moment offers an outdoor parking lot. Parking spaces are limited and cannot be reserved.
Q2. Where is the parking entrance for each hotel?
- Tranquil: B1–B3, accessible via the driveway behind the main entrance.
- Serenity: B1–B2, with access beside the main entrance.
- The Moment: outdoor parking accessible from the road to the right of the building.
Q3. Can I charge my electric vehicle at the hotel?
Yes. Two Noodoe J1772 AC charging stations are available on B1 of each building, Tranquil and Serenity. The fee is NT$1 per minute.
Tesla drivers must bring a compatible J1772 adapter. Please move your vehicle after charging.
Q4. Is there a shuttle from Hualien or Xincheng Station?
Yes. Shuttle service is available from Hualien Station (2:00 PM) and Xincheng Station (2:50 PM). The return shuttle departs the hotel at 11:00 AM. Reservations must be made by phone before 8:00 PM on the day before travel.
Q5. Can guests staying at The Moment use the free shuttle?
Yes, for eligible room types. The Moment BFF 8-Person Dormitory Room and single beds in the Mixed Dormitory Room are excluded from complimentary shuttle service. Advance reservations are required.
